Shipping policy

Delivery options

We offer FREE standard UK delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class. You can choose to upgrade to Express (1st Class) and/or Tracked shipping if you prefer - we charge a flat rate per order for shipping upgrades.

We obtain proof of postage for every order, so choosing standard shipping will not affect your eligibility to claim for any delayed or missing items. 

Pre-order items

If your order contains a pre-order item, we will ship your whole order together to minimise our carbon footprint. We will hold your other items for you from the point of ordering until your pre-order item is ready to ship. 

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch stock items within 2 working days. Pre-order items have a longer lead time as shown at the time of ordering. Orders received after 12pm may be processed the next working day. 

Once dispatched: 

  • Standard delivery orders will usually arrive within 2-5 working days. 
  • Express orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and will usually arrive within 1-2 working days.

  • Tracked shipping upgrades are also available for both Standard and Express options, and may be a better choice if you need an item by a particular date. Tracked items are prioritised by Royal Mail, so may arrive sooner than their standard 1st/2nd Class equivalents.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays are likely in busy periods such as around Christmas (or, you know, if there's a global pandemic, widespread strikes or something...)

Please double-check your address and postcode when you place your order, to avoid any unnecessary delays. We will always do our best to help, but cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part.

What if I need my order by a particular date?

If you need your items urgently or for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

You should place your order well in advance, to allow time for a replacement to be sent if it gets lost in the post (see below for timeframes). You may also like to consider upgrading to one of our Tracked shipping options as these are prioritised by Royal Mail.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, and you can check your order status in your account or the Shop app at any time.

Shipping delays

If your order has not arrived when expected, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

We will only be able to refund or resend your order once the package has been declared lost by Royal Mail. You can check Royal Mail's information on eligibility for claims here.

If your order is delayed, we will offer you a couple of options:

  1. Wait until the claim eligibility date so we can issue a refund or send out a replacement.
  2. Purchase a replacement, and return the spare for a refund once the original order arrives. You must obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. (If the original order has still not arrived by the claim eligibility date then you would be entitled to a refund for it). 

Most items do turn up, if a little late, so please don't worry and try to be patient :)

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK.
