Please note that if you wish to return part of your order and your remaining order comes to less than the threshold value for the number of free clips you received, the normal price of the extra free clip(s) will be deducted from any refunds given.

If the value of the free clip(s) exceeds the value of the returned item(s), we will contact you to agree on a fair returns process and amount to be refunded. 

Any MultiBuy Discounts will also be deducted (in part or full), so you will only receive the discount that would have been applied to your remaining order.
